Bake or make a creation inspired by archaeology!
Knit a scale bar, bake artefact biscuits, model a monument, the only limit is your imagination.
The competition will be open from Friday 1 May to Saturday 23 May 2026.
We have special NAW certification for under 18s, so if you have a crafty young person, please encourage them to get involved, and let us know in your entry description who did the making/baking!
Remember to vote for the People’s Choice award after entries close on 23 May.
The prizes will be drawn from a fantastic selection of books generously donated by the authors, publishers and friends of NAW, including:
