Presented by the Stanford Archaeology Center.
As part of Australia's National Archaeology Week in May, please join an informal, virtual session to meet other scholars working on Chinese diaspora historical archaeology! We will be meeting on Zoom on May 19th in North America/May 20th in Australasia to chat about our work.
Chinese diaspora historical archaeology has been flourishing over the last decade with particularly exciting innovations in transnational and anti-racist archaeologies. I know there are exciting things happening on all sides of the Pacific (and beyond), and this meeting is designed to facilitate networking and respectful conversations between scholars working on similar topics in different parts of the world.
