The Pint of Science Festival is bringing scientists to your local pub to present their latest discoveries and make you fall in love with science.

‘If these genes could talk’, by Dr Cristina Valdiosera, will focus on how DNA from archaeological remains can become a powerful tool, helping to reveal human history by reading into our genes.

Dr Valdiosera is a molecular archaeologist at La Trobe University, interested in human and animal history. She uses Ancient DNA to better understand how species lived and interacted in the past.
